Ingredients:- 3 large potatoes Oil for frying 1 tbsp Salt chilli powder
Method:- Peel the potatoes properly and cut into french fries shape. Dip the cut potatoes 5 min in salt water and wash. Then Boiled the potatoes in hot Water and transfer on absorbent tisu paper. pat dry carefully with a tisu. Transfer the half boiled fries on a tray and pat with a tisu so as to absorb the water. Now fry in moderately hot oil until crisp and golden brown in colour. Once fried, transfer them on a tray and season with salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and chaat masala. crispy and crunchy french fries are ready to eat!
